By accessing and using JurisChat ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

JurisChat is an AI-powered legal assistant platform designed for legal professionals in the Philippines. Our services include:

• AI-powered legal research and document analysis
• Case management and organization tools
• Document drafting assistance
• Legal deadline tracking
• Secure knowledge management

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed legal professional or authorized representative of a legal entity to use this service. By using JurisChat, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

As a user of JurisChat, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not upload confidential client information without proper authorization
• Verify all AI-generated information before use
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues

JurisChat uses artificial intelligence to assist with legal research and document preparation. Important considerations:

• AI-generated content is for assistance purposes only
• All legal advice and final documents must be reviewed by qualified legal professionals
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Users remain fully responsible for all legal work product

JurisChat operates on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees as specified
• Payment processed through secure third-party providers
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Pricing subject to change with notice

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zenthi Tech OPC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content uploaded to the service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that:

• No internet transmission is completely secure
• You are responsible for protecting client confidentiality
• We comply with Philippine Data Privacy Act requirements
• Data may be processed for service improvement and AI training

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JurisChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to legal malpractice claims.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
